Is it OK to dress your child as a mini-me?

Theres a lot of discussion at the moment suggesting kids are being dressed in outfits and looks that are simply too grown up for them - like allowing them to wear mini heels, and padded bikinis, and having handbags etc etc...
what do you guys think???
